Cancellation Policy
All workshops at Jewelry Creation Studio are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted, and sessions must be booked at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and we accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Each experience includes two sessions: the first covers design and casting preparation (3–5 hours), followed by a 12-hour burnout period where the wax model is melted and refined in a high-temperature kiln. The second session (3–5 hours) includes pouring, polishing, and finishing. Completed pieces are available after the second session. Group sessions are available for up to five (5) participants. Each participant builds a separate quote and pays in full upon booking. Individuals within a group may reschedule their own appointments, but cancellations must be made by the group organizer. Cancellations or reschedules require forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Refunds are available only if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within this window or no-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the studio must cancel due to emergencies or maintenance, customers may receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Because participants handle jewelry tools, open flames, and chemicals, all guests must sign a liability waiver before beginning. Safety instructions must be followed at all times. Participants are responsible for damages caused by negligence and must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a guardian who signs on their behalf. Arrive at least ten minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten your session without refund. Food and beverages are not allowed near workstations. Jewelry Creation Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disregards policies or safety guidelines. Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for marketing. Attendance grants consent for the use of your likeness in promotional materials unless you opt out by informing staff before class. Stones one carat or larger must be set by our Master Jeweler. Jewelry Creation Studio may hold pieces for additional finishing or inspection if necessary. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies regarding payment, cancellation, safety, and media consent.
